This easy-to-make No-Bake Blackberry Mousse Tart takes just 10 minutes to make and it’s so delicious! It’s a simple cold tart made with a no-bake Oreo base and creamy blackberry mousse filling. If you are looking for a simple dessert, cold tarts are always a great option. Not only because they are super quick and easy to prepare, but also because they are so delicious! And don’t worry if you don’t have a cake pan, because you can use a cake pan or mini cake pan or any other pan to make this recipe.

Actually, at first I was thinking of making a cake with all these blackberries that I collected myself in the fields of Munich, but then I changed my mind because I love to decorate cakes. You really can be so creative with the decoration, giving it a very beautiful cake style that is sure to impress everyone! No one will ever suspect that the cake itself is made in just a few minutes.

For this recipe I was looking for a simple cookie base that does not require time in the oven. To make it, I simply added Oreo cookies (or other cream-filled cookies) in a food processor and mixed until they turn into fine crumbs. Then add the melted butter and press into the mold. At that time you just have to put it in the freezer or refrigerator to harden for a few minutes while you prepare the blackberry mousse filling. That’s easy, right?

To make the blackberry mousse, simply add the berries, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a food processor and blend until smooth. You can also crush the blackberries first and then strain them through a mesh strainer to remove the seeds before adding the cream cheese. That’s if you want a finer mousse, but personally, I don’t mind finding them.

Oh, and don’t forget that you can make the mousse filling using any other red fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, or any other fruit that you like. Just keep in mind that the color will change depending on the type of fruit you use.

Sweet dreams,

No-bake blackberry oreo tart
This simple no-bake blackberry pie takes minutes and is so delicious! It consists of a crunchy oreo cookie base and a creamy blackberry mousse filling.
Ingredients
- OREO BASE:
- 28 Oreo cookies
- 85 g butter, melted
- BLACKBERRY MOUSSE:
- 225 g blackberries
- 225 g cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
- 75 grams of sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 240 ml of whipped cream
- 60 ml milk
- 6 sheets of neutral gelatin
Instructions
Place the oreo cookies in a food processor and crush them into fine crumbs. Put the crumbs in a bowl, add the melted butter and mix everything well. Press the cookie mix firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9 '' or 9 '' pie pan or any other shape with a removable base. Then put it in the freezer for 15 minutes (or in the fridge for 30 minutes) to allow the bottom to settle.
Blend the blackberries in a blender until you get a fine puree. Add the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and combine until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream until firm. Put the gelatin sheets to hydrate.
Heat the milk in the microwave, without boiling. Drain the gelatin sheets and dissolve them in the hot milk.
Add the milk with the gelatin to the blackberry puree and mix until well combined. Add the whipped cream, mixing in enveloping movements.
Pour the blackberry mousse into the tart pan prepared with the cookie base and smooth it out. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) to set.
As soon as the mousse has set, you can carefully unmold the cake and decorate with blackberries or other decorations. Serve cold.
